Mold alert
I bought it yesterday at Wholefoods Torrance, CA, because it was on extra sale for prime members. Expiration date was pretty close - Jul 15, 2021 - but I thought it would be fine, still 2 weeks left. Today I opened it and found that it is competely ruined. See all white puffy mold on top of the cheese. Gross! I knew this particular store is out of control and they really don’t manage the stocks. Veggies are not always fresh, Kombuchas on sales taste flat, etc. But cheese in the fridge? Is it that hard to manage its quality?
